Начин на приготвяне
1. Затопляме млякото, захарта и щипка сол в тенждерка. Разбъркваме жълтъците в отделна купа.
2. Разбъркваме с телена бъркалка около половината от топлото мляко в жълтъците, като се бъркаме непрекъснато.
3. Изсипваме затоплените жълтъците обратно в тенджерата и варим на слаб огън, като разбъркваме непрекъснато, за да не загори. Ако имате термометър, температурата на сместта не трябва да надвишава 71º-76ºC.
