Начин на приготвяне
1. Пресяваме брашното в дълбока купа, заедно с бакпулвера. Добавяме канелата и смляните бадеми.
2. Отделно разбиваме с миксер двете яйца, захарта и ванилията. Добавяме постепенно и разтопеното и охладено масло.
3. Добавяме течните при сухите съставки и замесваме меко тесто. Прибираме го в хладилника да стегне за 30 мин.
4. Изваждаме го и го разделяме на 2 топки. Разточваме тънко тесто на около 0.5 см и го нарязваме с формички. Едната топка тесто нарязваме с формичка, която е цяла, а другата - с изрязана формичка в средата. Нареждаме изрязаните сладки на хартия за печене.
5. Печем в загрята фурна на 180 градуса за около 10 мин. или до златисто зачервяване. Охлаждаме сладките и намазваме със сладкото и ги слепваме. Може да използваме сладко от сини сливи или друго сладко по желание.
