Продукти
- За блата:
- 1 ч.ч. царевично брашно
- щипка сол
- 1 ч.л. канела
- 1 ч.л. бакпулвер
- 1 ч.ч. брашно
- 12 с.л. масло
- 1 ч.ч. захар
- 3 яйца
- 1 чаша мляко
- 1 ч.л. прясно изцеден лимонов сок
- 1 пак. ванилия
- 3 добре узрели сливи
- За приготвяне на сорбето:
- 1 ч.ч. вода
- 1 ч.л. прясно изцеден лимонов сок
- 1 ч.ч. захар
- 8 сливи
- щипка сол
100 г съдържат:
- 521 калории
- 20 г мазнини
- 7 г протеини
- 81 г въглехидрати
Начин на приготвяне
1.За да направим сорбето: махаме костилките и нарязваме сливите и ги пасираме на пюре. Претриваме през сито и изхвърляме кората. Трябва да получим 2 3/4 чаши пюре. Разбъркваме се в 1/2 чаша захар, вода, сол и лимонов сок. Замразяваме за най-малко 2 часа или до една нощ.
2. За да направите тортата: Загрейте фурната до 180 градуса. Подготвяме форма за печене около 27 см в диаметър - намазняваме и поръсваме с брашно.
3. Пресяваме брашното, бакпулвера и канелата заедно в купа. Разбъркваме и добавяме в солта и 1/2 чаша царевично брашно.
4. В купа разбиваме на крем маслото и захарта, докато станат пухкави. Добавяме яйцата едно по едно и бъркаме внимателно. В малка купа смесваме млякото, лимоновия сок, и екстракта от ванилия.
5. Разбъркваме в сухите съставки млякото и сместа от масло и яйца докато получим гладка смес. Разстиламе половината от тестото в подготвената тава. Поставяме половината от сливите върху тестото. Повтаряме с останалата част от тестото и останалите сливите. Поръсваме с 1 супена лъжица царевично брашно над горната част на тортата. Печем около 40-45 мин и оставяме да се охлади на стайна температура.
6. Нарязваме сладкиша на парчета. Поставяме до всяко парче и лъжица от сливовото сорбе. За по-добър вкус, можете да приготвите сладкиша от предишния ден.
