Поширани круши в червено вино
Продукти
- 80 гр сметана
- орехови ядки
- 80 гр сирене маскарпоне
- 2 круши
- 6 бр. карамфил
- 1 пръчка канела
- 2 ч.ч. червено сухо вино
- 1 портокал
- 1,5 ч.ч. захар
Начин на приготвяне
1. В малка тенджерка слагаме виното, захарта, канелата, карамфила и 2 ч.ч. вода, сока на портокала и оставяме да заври.
2. Изчистваме крушите като ги обелваме, режем на половинки и почистваме семената. Потапяме крушите, като се опитваме да запазим дръжките извън сместта. Варим около 3-4 минути.
3. В същото време, в малка купа, разбиваме маскарпоне, сметана и 2 супени лъжици. захар, докато се сгъсти добре.
4. Изваждаме крушите, изцеждаме ги и сервираме с лъжица маскарпоне и ядки. По желание слепваме половинките круши, като едната можем да запазим светла. Можем да долеем и от течността. По желание може да сервираме и с топка ванилов сладолед.
