- 1 ч.ч. прясно мляко
- 1,5 ч.ч. захар
- 0,5 ч.ч. мед
- 2 яйца
- 1 ч.ч. царевично брашно
- 1,5 ч.ч. брашно
- 2 с.л. джинджифил , смлян
- 1 ч.л. канела
- 0,5 ч.л. карамфил
- 1 ч.ч. масло - разтопено до течност и охладено, или олио
- 2 ч.л. бакпулвер
Начин на приготвяне
- В купа разбиваме яйцата и захарта на гъст сняг.
- В друга купа смесваме всички сухи съставки и прибавяме половината от тях към белтъчната смес. Разбиваме отново.
- След това добавяме млякото, меда и маслото (или олиото). Разбъркваме.
- Накрая добавяме и останалите сухи съставки, и разбиваме много добре, до получаване на гладка смес.
- Изсипваме сместа в намаслена и набрашена кексова форма и печем в предварително загрята на 170 градуса фурна, до готовност. (Проверяваме с клечка за зъби дали кексът е изпечен във вътрешността си.)
