Начин на приготвяне
1. Накисваме стафидите в ром за около 30 мин. Смесваме орехите с канелата и малко захар.
2. Намазваме правоъгълна тавичка с масло и слагаме две кори. Смесваме отцедените стафиди с орехите, канелата и захарта и започваме да поръсваме плънката през две кори. Намазваме всеки пласт с масло.
3. Завършваме с две кори и намазваме с масло. Нарязваме баклавата на ромбчета и поливаме с останалото масло.
4. Печем 35-40 мин. на 180 градуса. Приготвяме захарния сироп, като слагаме водата, захарта и лимоновия сок да заврят. Варим около 10 мин., докато сиропът започне да се сгъстява леко. Сваляме от котлона и добавяме настъргана лимонова кора. Оставяме да се охлади.
