- Намасляваме тавичка и поставяме в нея 3 точени кори, напръскваме ги с олио (или разтопено масло). Смесваме орехите, бадемите, канелата и ванилията. Преди печенето нарязваме баклавата в тавата на квадратчета или ромбчета.
- Печем в предварително силно загрята (до 200°) фурна, до силно зарозовяло (около 50 минути).
- Междувременно приготвяме сиропа, като залеем захарта с вода. Добавяме ванилия и сока от лимона. Оставяме да ври на слаб огън за около 20 минути, докато сиропът почти се сгъсти.
