Лимоново сорбе
Начин на приготвяне
1. Кипваме на котлона малка тенджерка с 1.5 ч.ч. вода и захарта и оставяме да ври, докато захарта се разтвори.
2. Изцеждаме сока на лимоните и настъргваме кората на единия. Запазваме половинките за сервиране. Поставяме настърганата кора в сиропа и сваляме от котлона, за да изстине.
3. В голяма купа слагаме около 20 кубчета натрошен лед и изсипваме лимоновия сок, есенцията ром и охладения захарен сироп. Поставяме във фризер, като разбъркваме на всеки 40 мин. Оставяме да стегне добре за 6 часа.
4. Поставяме половинките на изцедения лимон в хладилника и преди сервиране ги изваждаме. Във всяка от тях поставяме по една топка от лимоновото сорбе и украсяваме с листенце от мента.
