Начин на приготвяне
1. Разтапяме на водна баня шоколада и маслото и щипка сол и ги оставяме да изстинат настрани.
2. Разбиваме яйцата със захарта и ванилията, добавяме пресятото с бакпулвер брашно и какаото, добавяме на тънка струйка шоколада.
3. Включваме фурната на 180 градуса на вентилатор, за да се загрее. Намазняваме тавичка в желана форма и поръсваме с брашно. По желание можем да сложим и хартия за печене, като я намажем леко с мазнина.
4. Изсипваме сместта в тавичката и отгоре поръсваме с орехите, боровинките и стафидите. Печем около 20 минути, като следим сладкиша да не стане прекалено сух. Добре е да се запази по-мек, шоколадов център.
5. След като го извадим от фурната, оставаме леко да изстине и настъргваме кората на един портокал.
