Начин на приготвяне
- Отделяме половоната от маслото и го разтопяваме на слаб огън. Намазняваме тавичка и поставяме в нея 3 точени кори. Напръскваме ги с разтопено масло. Смесваме шам фастъка, канелата и ванилията. Разстиламе малко от сместа върху корите, след това слагаме още 3 кори, напръскани с масло, а после поръсваме с ядките. Продължаваме, докато свършат корите и ядките, и завършваме с кора.
- Преди печенето нарязваме баклавата в тавата на квадратчета или ромбчета. Поливаме нарязаната баклава с другата половина разтопено масло.
- Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 150°, до силно зарозовяло (около 50 минути).
- Междувременно приготвяме сиропа, като залеем захарта с вода. Добавяме ванилия и сока от лимона. Оставяме да ври на слаб огън за около 20 минути, докато сиропът почти се сгъсти. За да проверим кога сиропа е готов, капваме от него една капка на суха чиния и тя трябва да не се разтече, а да запази формата си.
- След като е изстинала добре, заливаме опечената баклава с горещия сироп. Оставяме я да се напои хубаво (на стайна температура) - около 24 часа. Поръсваме отгоре със ситно смлян шам фастък.
- Сервираме в десертни купички или чинии.
