125 гр краве масло 2 яйца 150 гр захар 250 гр брашно 2 ч.л бакпулвер 100 мл прясно мляко 2 ванилии 1 нар (1/2 за в тесото, 1/2 за декорация) 2бр.бял шоколад 4-5 лъжици кисело мляко
Начин на приготвяне
Разбийте маслото с яйцата и захарта(маслото е на стайна температура). Пресейте брашното с бакпулвера и го добавете към яйцата.Прибавете млякото, ванилията и отделените зрънца нар. Напълнете предварително застланата с хартиени формички форма за мъфини (за малки или големи мъфини). Печете на 180 градуса до готовност. През това време разтопете на водна баня белия шоколад с няколко бучици масло. Оставете да се поохлади и прибавете киселото мляко. Бъркайте докато стане гладка смес. Потопете хубаво всяко кексче (предварително охладено) в сместа и декорирайте със зрънце нар. Сега е време да се насладите на страхотния вкус на кексчето за Вашата душа!
