Сладолед от тиква
Продукти
- тиквани семки за декорация
- 1 ч.л. сок от лимон прясно изцеден
- 100 г пудра захар
- 1 коф. цедено кисело мляко
- 350 г тиква , сварена
Начин на приготвяне
- Пасираме тиквата.
- Добавяме пудрата захар, лимоновия сок и цеденото кисело мляко.
- Разбъркваме добре до гладка хомогенна смес.
- Слагаме в подходяща купа, в камерата да се замрази.
- Преди сервиране гарнираме с тиквени семки.
