2. Нарязваме ябълките на две и не ги белим. Изчистваме от семената и ги режем на тънки полумесеци. Завираме на котлона водата със захарта и оставяме ябъките да заврят и омекнат.
3. Отделяме белтъка от жълтъка. Намазваме бутер тестото с разбития жълтък и го нарязваме на ленти около 5-6 см височина и 10 см дължина.
4. Нареждаме в горния край на лентата от бутер тесто резените ябълка, така че да се застъпват с издадената част нагоре.
5. Подвиваме долната част на лентата нагоре и после навиваме стегнато настрани, така че да стане като кошничка. Поставяме във формички за капкейк.
6. Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180 градуса около 15 мин или докато се зачервят приятно.
