- 1 ч.ч. олио
- 2 ч.ч. брашно
- 150 гр какао на прах
- 2 ч.л. сода бикарбонат
- 1 ч.л. бакпулвер
- сол
- 2 ч.ч. неподсладено соево мляко
- 2 с.л. червен винен оцет
- 1,5 ч.ч. пудра захар
- 1 пак. ванилия
Начин на приготвяне
1. Загряваме фурната на 180 градуса. Намасляваме форма за торта с диаметър 28 см.
2. Смесваме брашното, какаото на прах, содата, бакпулвера и солта в голяма купа. Разбъркваме добре.
3. В отделна купа смесваме соевото мляко, оцет, захар, олио, и ванилия. Изсипваме сместа от мляко в брашнената смес и разбъркваме с лъжица, докато стане хомогенна смес.
4. Изсипваме сместта във формата и печем около 45 минути. Изпробваме с дървена клечка. Тя трябва да е суха, без да се полепва по нея тесто.
5. Изваждаме сладкиша да изстине върху решетка и поднасяме охладен.
