Продукти
- 50 г кашкавал
- 45 г синьо сирене
- 45 г топено сирене
- 50 г моцарела
- 200 г тесто за пица
- 50 г рукола
- 60 г прошуто
- 45 г доматен сос
- 3 чери домата леко попарени във вряла вода и нарязани
Начин на приготвяне
- От готовото тесто* разточваме блат за пица, с големина според вкуса ни.
- След това слагаме доматения сос и настъргания кашкавал. Добавяме топеното сирене, моцарелата и синьото сирене.
- Печем в предварително загрята фурна, на 180 градуса, около 15-18 минути.
- След като извадим пицата от фурната я поръсваме с руколата, прошутото и чери доматите.
