Начин на приготвяне
1. Загряваме захарта и водата в тиган, като постоянно бъркаме с лъжица. Изчакваме захарта да се разтопи и започне да се образува карамел.
2. Сваляме от огъня и внимаваме да не прегори, защото може да се получи горчив вкус.
3. Намазваме един черпак с масло и го обръщаме на кухненския плот, като оставяме дръжката да виси надолу.
4. Бъркаме непрестанно карамела като загребваме и вдигаме лъжицата високо. Когато забележим, че започнат да се образуват конци, започваме да правим бързи движения с ръката върху черпака и правим мрежа.
5. Оставяме да изстине и обръщаме черпака. Така оформената кошница можем да използваме за декорация и да напълним с бонбони.
