Китайска доматена супа с яйца

- 1 с.л. соев сос
- 1 с.л. сусамово олио
- 2 с.л. олио
- 1 скилидка чесън
- 1 зелен лук
- 4 резена джинджифил корен
- 2 яйца
- 2 домата
Начин на приготвяне
- Измиваме, изсушаваме и потапяме доматите в гореща вода за кратко, изваждаме ги и ги обелваме.
- Нарязваме ги на едро.
- Почистваме и нарязваме джинджифила на дребно, чесъна и лука на кръгчета.
- В уок тиган загряваме олиото и слагаме джинджифила, чесъна и лука да омекнат.
- Добавяме доматите. Варим 15 минути.
- Добавяме 200 мл. вода. Оставяме да заври.
- Разбиваме яйцата със соевия сос в купа и ги добавяме към доматите на тънка струйка, като разбъркваме внимателно с дървена лъжица или китайски клечки. (Яйцата стават на едри парчета).
- Добавяме и сусамовото олио. Оставяме на котлона 1 минута, не разбъркваме.
- Отстраняваме от огъня и сервираме.
