- 300 мл прясно мляко
Начин на приготвяне
1. Изсипваме млякото да заври и добавяме стрития на прах шафран и маслото. Оставяме да се охлади.
2. В отделна купа смесваме брашното, захарта, солта и маята. Добавяме млякото и яйцето и месим за около 10 мин., докато се получи меко и еластично тесто. Оставяме да втаса, докато удвои обема си за около 1 час.
3. Изваждаме тестото и го разделяме на 12 равни части. Поръсваме стафидите с есенцията ром. Оформяме фитили от тестото с дължина около 30 см. Навиваме ги във формата S. Оставяме ги да втасат отново, докато удвоят обема си.
4. Когато са готови, намазваме ги с разбито яйце и поставяме по една стафида в центъра на всяка спирала. Печем на 180 градуса около 15 мин.
