- 200 гр. бял шоколад
- 250 гр. маскарпоне
- 300 гр. крема сирене филаделфия
- 85 гр. масло
- 70 гр. пудра захар
- 170 гр. обикновени бисквити
Начин на приготвяне
1. Бисквитите се смилат фино и се смесват с
пудрата захар 40 гр. Към тях добавяме разтопеното масло и разбъркваме до
получаване на мокра смес. Бисквитената основа се разпределя по дъното на форма
с разкопчаващи се стени и се пресова добре. Прибираме в хладилник за 15-20
минути докато стегне добре.
2. Белият шоколад се разтопява на водна баня и се
оставя да се охлади напълно.
3. Маскарпонето и филаделфията се смесват добре с
помощта на миксер. Добавяме настърганата кора.
4. Разтопеният и охладен шоколад се
добавя към маскарпонето и филаделфията и се разбъркват добре с миксер.
Заквасената сметана и останалата пудра захар 30гр. се смесват добре и се
прибавят към останалите продукти. Получената смес разпределяме върху
бисквитената основа и подравняваме със шпатула. Слагаме в хладилник за една
нощ.
5. Отстраняваме формата и режем с горещ, подсушен нож. Сервираме с пресни горски плодове и свежа мента.
