Шоколадови трюфели с лимонови корички
Продукти
- 2 г лимонови корички
- 75 г какао на прах
- 40 г масло
- 150 мл сметана течна
- 250 г натурален шоколад
Начин на приготвяне
- Разтопяваме на водна баня две супени лъжици вода с натрошените шоколадови парченца, като непрекъснато бъркаме.
- След това прибавяме сметаната и продължаваме да разбъркваме до получаването на хомогенна смес (без въздушни балончета). Добавяме коричките, като разбъркваме много внимателно.
- Така приготвената смес сваляме от котлона и оставяме добре да изстине, след което отново я разтопяваме добре на водна баня. Прибавяме маслото при постоянно разбъркване, до получаването на еднородна смес.
- След това изсипваме сместа за трюфелите в купа, която покриваме с найлоново фолио, и я оставяме на студено за около час, докато ганашът се втвърди.
- След като ганашът се втвърди добре, с помощта на малка лъжичка, оформяме топченца и ги овалваме в какаото.
