Шоколадов мус с мед и авокадо
Продукти
- заквасена сметана и малини за гарниране , по желание
- 1 щипка сол
- 20 г какао
- 60 мл кокосово мляко
- 2 с.л. мед
- 80 г черен шоколад (85% какао)
- 3 бр. авокадо , добре узряло
Начин на приготвяне
- Авокадото се разрязва на две по дължина. Костилката се отстранява, а месестата част се слага в блендер.
- Прибавят се кокосовото мляко, медът, какаото, солта и разтопения на водна баня шоколад. Смила се докато се получи фина еднородна смес.
- Шоколадовият мус се разлива в чашки, след това се охлажда за 30 минути.
- Преди поднасяне по желание се гарнира с малко заквасена сметана и малини.

Сваряваме макароните и ги отцеждаме добре от водата...
