Вкусен шоколадов фъдж с ядки и бисквити
Продукти
- 70 гр. натрошени бисквити
- 150 гр. печени ядки
- щипка сол
- 300 гр. натрошен шоколад
- 400 мл. подсладено кондензирано мляко
Начин на приготвяне
1. Кондензираното мляко и натрошеният шоколад
се слагат в тенджера и се загряват на среден огън при непрекъснато бъркане,
докато се разтопи.
2. Добавяме солта, печените ядки и бисквитите и разбъркваме
внимателно.
3. Сместа се изсипва в тавичка с приблизителна форма 25х15, която е
покрита с алуминиево фолио и се намазва с олио. Можем да използваме тавичка от алуминиево фолио.
4. Разстиламе равномерно и покриваме със стреч фолио, прибираме в хладилник за час-два докато стегне.
5. След като е готово, фъджът се нарязва на малки кубчета или на форми пожелание. Сервира се с пресни плодове.
