Продукти
- 250 г брашно
- 150 г пудра захар
- 1 бакпулвер
- 2 с.л. какао натурално, на прах

- 150 г пудра захар пресята
- 400 г крем сирене "Филаделфия"
- 70 г масло меко
- 2 г сладкарска боя , розова
Начин на приготвяне
- В купа смесваме сухите продукти.
- Разбиваме яйцата, добавяме маслото и накрая млякото.
- Към сухите продукти добавяме течните и с дървена бъркалка разбъркваме хубаво за да се смесят.
- Добавяме боята и отново разбъркваме много добре, до хомогенна смес.
- Сместа изсипваме във формички за мъфини, и печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 20-25 минути.
- За глазурата: Разбиваме крем сиренето и маслото с миксер, докато се образува пухкав крем.
- Добавяме пудрата захар и ванилията. Разбиваме добре.
- Добавяме боята и отново разбъркваме добре.
- Готовия крем пълним в пош и шприцоваме върху мъфините, след като са поизстинали (около 10 минути).
