Кордон бльо с топено сирене
Продукти
- сол на вкус
- черен пипер на вкус
- 45 г масло
- 150 г галета
- 60 г шунка
- 150 г брашно
- 2 яйца
- 40 г топено сирене
- 600 г телешко месо - 4 бр. телешки шницели
- 1 връзка див чесън
Начин на приготвяне
- Начукваме телешките шницели и ги натриваме със сол и черен пипер.
- Добавяме нарязания див чесън.
- Разстиламе шницелите на масата. Върху всеки посатвяме лист шунка и парче топено сирене. Притискаме сиренето леко, за да го сплескаме.
- Прегъваме шницела на две, така че топеното сирене да остане по средата. Забождаме с клечка за зъби, за да запази формата.
- Разбиваме добре яйцата. Потапяме последователно шницелите първо в брашното, после в яйцата и най-накрая в галетата.
- Пържим в сгорещеното масло и поднасяме с гарнитура по избор.
