- 1 бакпулвер
- 2 с.л. какао натурално, на прах
- 50 г бадемово брашно
- 150 г пудра захар
- 200 г бяло брашно
- 3 яйца
- 125 г масло разтопено
- 320 мл мляко
- 3 г сладкарска боя червена
Начин на приготвяне
- В купа смесваме сухите продукти.
- Разбиваме яйцата, добавяме маслото и накрая млякото.
- Към сухите продукти добавяме течните и с дървена бъркалка разбъркваме хубаво за да се смесят.
- Добавяме боята и отново разбъркваме много добре, до хомогенна смес.
- Сместа изсипваме във формички за мъфини, и печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 20-25 минути.
